Summary
The primary duties of the Senior Project Manager (SrPM) are to provide support and mentorship to his/her Project Management Team and ensure the execution of their project(s) is completed safely, on time, on budget, and within the specifications of the project. The SrPM will be responsible for the overall success of his/her Project Management Team, giving guidance and education on project process, vertical advancement, and team growth. The SrPM will also act as Project Manager for certain projects in conjunction with his/her PM Team oversight.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver license required.
12+ years of experience directly managing high risk construction projects, with an emphasis on data center construction, electrical, and mechanical.
Construction Management undergraduate degree or similar field required; MBA preferred.
PMP preferred.
Will be required to travel based on project demands.
Demonstrated supervisory skills with diverse teams consisting of contractors, external vendors, material supply resources, construction crews, engineers, architectural designers.
Strategic in managing concurrent projects that are geographically dispersed throughout the United States.
Well versed in earned value management, efficient use of resources, and budget planning that protects timeline integrity and avoids assuming exorbitant costs.
Proficiency with various computer software such as Microsoft project, Procore, IFS, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook email.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be punctual, organized, and professional.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced in working with Engineers, Utilities, AHJ’s, Customers, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
Proficient in working with Microsoft Project (or comparable) scheduling software.
Knowledgeable with web‐based resource planning solutions (PLM, ERP,)
Fundamental understanding of contract language and interpretation.
Proficient understanding of budget acumen and cost control.
Ability to identify and manage priorities with urgency, while maintaining high quality and customer service.

- Project Manager(s), Construction Manager(s), Subcontractors, and Internal Resources
Essential Functions
Manage, support, and mentor Project Management Team to successful execution of projects varying in scope and size.
Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following company standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.
Coordinate and lead Project Charter Review with PM Team to develop and define appropriate implementation plan.
Provide oversight of contract review, sales pricing assessment and budget development, and project schedule creation.
Coordinate development and execution of change orders, invoices, subcontracts, and transmittal documents.
Provide support to PM Team with risk assessment/mitigation, budget and schedule impact resolutions, and managing customer expectations.
Proficiently understand all aspects of project management.
Provide feedback from PM Team to Senior Staff on needed training, process revisions, and overall global improvements.
MUST demonstrate professionalism and exemplify a good attitude in all situations.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Travel required (40%+), must be willing and able to drive company vehicle and/or fly commercially if necessary.
Must be able to stand or walk for 3‐4 hours at a time.
Work Environment

Exposure to energized electrical equipment.
Exposure to overhead hazards (crane & rigging).
